To answer the original question, I strongly suspect that you've made the entire incident up anyway - it seems to be a common theme with your multiple logins that you will have something happen which is so outrageous, just to try to provoke response. If it did happen, you've almost certainly conveniently forgotten an aspect of your behavious which sparked it off.
However, in the unlikely event that it's accurate report then I still wouldn't sweat it. Unless he can conjure up an independent witness to your intimidating behaviour - and the forecourt operator might be worth considering - then there's damn all he can do. Of course, a man of your imposing physical stature (snigger) may well have been sufficiently threatening by your mere presence to justify his calling the Old Bill. Especially if you had your PC with you...
As for the kickboxing room, that sounds like a civilised way ahead. Not done it before but I'll give it a go. Still waiting for you to name a time and place, though. If there's one in Theale or around the area, though, I'm doing some contract work around there and it's where you're supposed to work as well so neither of us need to use too much fuel to get this settled.
SB
PS There is actually no requirement for anyone to get filled in. I challenged you to demonstrate your stature by tuning up and being as hard as you claim to be. You're the one who wants to make it into a fight (which I'm happy to oblige with, by the way) All that's actually required, though, is for you to pitch up in person at the agreed meeting place and time...

The funny thing is, you're the one who picked a fight. You're the one who told me I'd crap myself if I saw you, who said you'd put me on my **** (after sticking my keyboard up it) and who offered to set up the kickboxing room down at the gym.
I simply suggested that you're not the man mountain you claim and then offered to meet you so you could demonstrate otherwise. Not once have I challenged you to a fight as such. Your insecurity is really quite staggering in that you immediately went off on a "Ooh he wants to fight me, how childish can I get" tack.
I don't want to fight you. I do want to meet you because I want to see if you can possibly (a) be as physically imposing as you claim to be (b) be as much of a tosser in real life as you are on here and, last but not least (c) actually have the guts to get out from behind the keyboard.
We're working in the same place (though I doubt you actually work there at all) so it would be easy enough to meet under controlled (ie safe) conditions. Just PM me your extension number and we can go on from there...

Are you sure you didnt cut this guy up, Im not disputing it but surely 99.9% of people that have rage its because of something that has been done and normally if you dont 'fan the fire' you can calm things down and walk away.

Then it went pear shaped ........... a car came right up to my rear bumper and sat there for a mile or so, literally inches away!! Looked like a Jaguar to me ...... anyway, they then started flashing their High Beams at me (it was dark).
I am totally confused as the car CAN overtake but chooses not too
More high beam flashes .... I'm starting to think that I have flames coming from my car or something else wrong??!! But all seemed ok??
I slow right down and the car draws alongside .... windows up .... and stays there for what seems like an age - blasting their horn at me continuously!!! It's now clear that it is a Rover 75, dark Blue/Green in colour.
Then they cut in sharply and stamp on their brakes suddenly, making me stamp on my brakes!!
I hoot my horn and flash my high beam and then the real games start .... 20MPH, then 60MPH, if I tried to overtake then they would swerve almost into me
I am now getting rather cheesed off and wave for them to pull over so we can discuss matters .... nothing, still aggressive driving!! Blocking me, indicating left and then right and them speeding up - but slowing down when realised I was drifting away!!
Then the grand finale!!!! They indicate and pull into a petrol station - I follow them to see what the issue is .... the driver jumps out of his car and, pointing a finger aggressively, comes running up to my car (nearly) - I shout out of the window, "Whats the Problem?"
He sees the size of me I guess, thats stops him in his tracks, then - amazingly - shouts that he's going to get the Police!! He then starts shouting at the poor Petrol cashier to call the Police!!??? WTF?????
Anyway, this bloke is clearly deranged ..... so I remove myself from the situation and drive off.
Can I expect a call from the Police?? Should I report it in the morning??
It was completely out of the blue ...... which I find remarkable The roads were empty (was about 10pm) in the country ....... then this car climbs in my boot and kicks off

Was it a fellow old duffer who was just annoyed that a bloke who is old enough to remember the WW2 would drive something made by the japs?? If so, you should have reminded him that Rover was purchased by the Ze germans!

If all that actually happened PSL, I certainly sympathise with you. I had a really nasty road rage incident recently when I was actually trying to do the bloke a good turn. He became frighteningly violent which is a worry since I am disabled.
I now carry something with me in the car to deter any more of that kind of rubbishing and threats. This guy was so far out of his tree I thought he might knife me! Its upsetting to say the least.

And EVERYONE wants to meet me - you are no different ...... I have to say, however, that YOU are the person I would LEAST like to honour with my presence!! ............ many more better human beings on here who would want a chat with me!!
You are utterly PATHETIC!!
Please tell me you are really 14 years old and restore my faith in Mother Nature!!! If Darwin was right - people like YOU would have been evolutioned out of the equation by now!! Or, maybe, you are just an experiment by nature that has gone horribly wrong????

Actually Pete, you're right. MOD don't take kindly to their staff being threatened. Or issuing threats.
That's not a problem, though, because I didn't issue any. You did all the posturing, wind blowing and threatening. I merely said I would like to meet you to discuss your claims of being a man mountain and Mr Rockhard.
Hoist by your own petard, you sad sack o' ****e...

Your aggressive stance and very childish behaviour against one of Her Majestys' Servants is simple not on if you also want to collect a wage from that source.
So, bag-of-wind, name the Contractor and Building and we will see who can do things and who just spouts crap ............. I thought DCI was being a little unfair with you, but I can now see what he sees - you are a Premier League *****!

Ignoring the testosterone flying around this thread..... I'd say you did the right thing staying in your vehicle Pete. It is a well known fact that you are deemed to be the guilty party should you leave your vehicle in a situation such as this.
I'd say, you are safe from any further action. The other chap (for want of a better description), hasn't a leg to stand on.

How much of a chicken **** bail out is that
What a pathetic response - threatening to get someone fired as a weedy excuse not to actually be prepared to stand up in person to all the crap you spout on this BBS .......
By the way Pete, notwithstanding that calling someone a Premier League ***** is contrary to the terms and conditions under which you have membership of this BBS, its rich coming from someone that is happy to talk the talk, yet not walk the walk.

I'm working for another government agency. I'm not going to post a building number or any other information because that would be contrary to my security obligations. But then you know that, don't you...
If you really work there (and I still don't believe you do) then your behaviour is far more likely to get you a bollocking than mine, not least because you have previously broadcast where you work and what you do, as well as being the offending party when it comes to issuing threats of violence.
So go for it. You don't need the building number - I'm the only Simon Bradley on site. Shouldn't be too difficult to find - check the vehicle entry logs and you'll get all the information you need. I'll look forward to hearing from security and/or my boss in due course.

This should be good Bet you won't get a peep out of him now. Usual Lewis BS, retorts to childish name calling and insulting when things aren't going his way. And heaven forbid should it actually come down to meeting / confronting someone on this BBS he will always weasel out of it e.g. the supposed charity appearence at the northern big one. Keyboard cop out.... ROTFL
Eagerly awaits developments
