*rofl* @ DTS (aka the big hairy lurker)

P1gly A true classic in the makings.
I've just seen the vid, the fugly looks very stable and calm on the track, top stuff - and flames....we all love 'em don't we?

Mark>>WTF have U done with your scoob? It looked as if U were passing scoobs left and right...is it the glow in the dark pedals?

Carry on.

I went out for the first session (that I found out after, I shouldn't have been in because I hadn't driven Donno before - oops, Muppet) - thought the car went well, came back in, then remembered I had left the Leda's on their road settings (double Muppet). Cranked them up about 13 clicks and it went even better LOL

Leda and AP's make it very predictable to drive on track. The AP's have such good retardation, I was going into the Esses and transferring so much weight onto the front tyres in a straight line that the rears were so lightly loaded they were locking up LOL

Flames are good - should be standard fitment

Dave,

I was going to introduce myself and ask for a ride, but you seemed like a very popular man that day, that I didn't get a chance!

Catch you next time, and try harder to melt Marks bumper!!!

I must admit when it happened, it caught me unawares and I was egging you on for another!!

Cheers
Andy

Mark,

Any more footage edited yet? It's good to re-live the experience!

It was cool, popping on the lids and before we hit the first corner, you were already turning up the tunes!!!

Dave,

Live it up m8, make the most of it - you've only got a few hours left (even less if you consider the several hour train journey home you're about to embark on, oh - and that you go to bed at 9pm )

£117 is cheap....that's for £12k cover with a £3k excess, net cover £9k.

£22k cover with a £2k excess, net cover £20k is £305 premium......

Or you can take your chances, and the car is £30k to replace....

Then there's your entry, two tanks of petrol, tyre wear etc - a track day costs me (and many others) in excess of £500.....

The only trouble with renting your wheels/tyres is that some nutter like you or I has rented them before and fried them LOL.

I bought a set of track wheels/tyres - one careful (ish) previous owner - Chuckster
