I would appreciate DCI if in future you actually provided some information IE quotes from a thread rather than misinformed jargon. I think you've pointed out nothing can be done with his number plate that you cannot do to your next door neighbours, so that clears me of any wrong doing on that post. Calling me a child and not being able to back it up shows your just making my original point clearer.
