Mine flames best when reving hard and coming off the throttle or changing gear.
But it didn't work very well till i increased the gap on the spark gap on the plug.

I've seen your pictures on Barryboys.com so I know you've got the spark plug in the exhaust, what I didn't spot was the fuel pipe. You'll need a T-piece in your fuel line, make it a small one, you don't want the fire brigade out, this then dangles down near the spark plug and drips unused fuel onto the spark.

I've no idea whats going o n with my car but I get a flame or two when pulling onto the motorway at night! I can just see the flash in my passenger wingmirror! never let any one else drive my car to see what it properly looks like though!
It doenst have many mods, def no flamer kit! Id like one though, just for entertainment purposes and driving about on my own back from the club on sat morning at 4am!

So why are they banned then? They are not dangerous, The heat that they give out isn't any hotter than normal exhaust gases. I reckon they are banned because it makes people fret that your car is on fire
I get that about once a month. Someone tapping on the window to dutifully inform me that I may have a problem as there are flames coming out of my car
Bless the do gooders

you do have a problem because there are flames coming out of the car.
youknow with careful thought and planning and a modicum of sense the real thing can be had for less money than the dodgy flaming plug trick

it never fails to make me laugh, people fit illegal bits of kit, and get humpy when other take the ****... yet if you got 3 fixed penaltys in a day then that would make us all laugh, and you would have something to be really pi**ed of at.
