What is the optimum warm water temperature would you say?

I use it when it's 37.2568984464135156415035411212121544 deg c.

Detergent: A cleansing substance that acts similarly to soap but is made from chemical compounds rather than fats and lye.

Fairy Liquid is a detergent; as are all car shampoos. Fool.

Agreed, but they don't all have the same chemical compounds, some detergents are designed to and are good at cleaning cars, some are designed to and are good at cleaning pots and pans, they aren't necessarily good at doing both.

I know; but there's one bell-end who was trying to be clever and wont let it go. My initial use of the word 'detergent' was quite correct but this numpty thought that detergent = washing up liquid.

Just never heard car shampoo referred to as "detergent".

Someone who claims they use "detergent" to wash their car implies to me they're not really too fussed about the bodywork of the car.

Someone who claims they use "evian" to wash (rinse presumably) their car implies otherwise.

The two didn't mix so I called you on it. And seeing as most responses to this thread have been **** takes, I wouldn't have expected to get shot down for it.

You're taking the ****, I'm taking the ****, lets just leave it there. Also, there's no need to sour things by getting offensive.

All the best.

In hindsight, no it wasn't.

I did however, and still do, think your first reply to this thread deserved it though.

Why did said post get "vaped" by the way?

Apart from the above name calling it was a genuine response.
