So like I say, if you knew any same sex couples for whom this is a reality, you might think slightly differently. Don't please assume all gay couples want to adopt children, in fact I'd say (although I have no figures on it) it's a pretty small percentage of those who do, and therefore it tends to make the headlines much more readily. Still, unless I've missed anything from anyone, I think we've exhausted this particular thread. Until the next inevitable time, naturally.

Thats almost singularly the biggest load of horse **** I have read in my life.
nobody has a right to children.
I say that if you cant conceive through natural methods then you shouldnt have children.
All this IVF bollox and fertility treatment is part the reason why we are so densely bloody populated and having green belt destroyed all through the south to accomodate new homes to accomodate the population expanding every which way.

If you cant have kids through the old fashioned method then sorry, that should be that.
