Big or Small Rear spoiler

My classic STi v6 has a mid-level v4 spolier. I think it looks much better than the standard mega spoiler for this model. Much more subtle and much better proportions.

"i have a big spoiler and a big bonner scoop - sti.
i think girls reckon i have a huge shlong because of this"
I completely agree with this statement. I just wanted to add that though there is now real evidence to support this it is a well known fact.

I love Scoobies but really don't go for the gold wheels and HUGE spoilers, if any other car had these features everyone would take the pi*s! I personally prefer the look of the WRX, low spoiler, anthracite alloys, subtle yet still quick (which is why I bought an 04 one!).
'Spoiler' (the poster not feature) I think I would have swapped my spoiler if my car would have come with that original one! Even though I don't like the large ones it does look better! Agree with your post too mate.

prefered the big spoiler with the high level brake light. Not sure on the newer ones with the brake light on the bottom lip of the spoiler - always seems a bit of an aftermarket bolt and cheapens a lovely motor to my eyes.
Move the brake light up and all would be well
Don't like the roof vane on the MY06 either, though could live with maybe the black version.
BTW, I have two bulges in my trousers.
One is the large ******* required to own a scoob.
the other is the wad to insure one.
just my opinion

Drboobfondler.
I havn't got any grandchildren (yet) and I get seasick so what else is there to do. Being old makes the insurance cheaper, pity they don't know I have a mental age of 12. I'm happily divorced and the Scoob is my toy and I can do what I like without any earache (and she can't kerb the alloys).
