he didnt, not from what i saw 
i think somebody got justins words mixed up, im sure he said something along the lines of "it felt a little twitchy" and it has ended up with it being changed into him having a "moment"

on the run back in the dark - I took a corner a bit quick and the back end twitched a bit - hard to tell on the video - after that I need to get my rear ARB and drop links purchased rapid style. just feels very twitchy
