Well, there we go! He's spoken, so it must be true. A bloke from York who supports ManYu and another from Dorset who likes a London team... Both want to scoff at commitment to their local team!

I don't buy Photography Monthly, or any other Photography magazine. I leave that to amateurs like Marc.

Cheers and have a good one!
THE 8TH BEST PARTY CITY IN THE WORLD?? ive been to newcastle and its more like the 8th best sh*thole of the world. its an absolute dump there is nothing and i mean nothing to do up there at all. thats probably why 10,000 of you turned up in your best (or should i say only piece of clothing) black and white striped tops to see a load of over paid idiots train. other teams dont have turn outs like this at there training sessions as the fans dont care what they do in training only what they do on the match day. imagine going into work (its something everyone does to earn proper money, we dont all sign on) and saying to your workmate"went to see my team train over the weekend how about you?" workmate would reply "Y I MAN IT WAS TOP WASNT ITI SAW THEM TRAIN AS WELL. DID YOU SEE ME I HAD A BLACK AND WHITE SHIRT ON?" whilst doing some stupid dance shouting "im the gordie dancer of soccer a.m i am"were as my weekend would usually go a bit more like this "went out to town done some shopping in a designer shop (that doesnt sell black and white striped shirts) had a nice meal in a proper restaurant then went home got showered and changed (yes thats a wash and yes it was a nice white shirt) and went out to town with my mates (yes some of them even follow other football teams than the one i do ) had a dance and a drink and took a lady home for some lovin"
an excellent restaurant is not what i think of when i visit KFC either
the best thing about newcastle is the A1 which leads straight out of it

Ooooh, you added more! I best not say "PMSL" in anymore threads that you post in as it obviously touches a nerve

Feel free. I rarely ask questions or advice in here - that's what books and Google are for, and I rarely get my facts wrong, so please feel free.

By the way, I was at the York v Darlo game 10 days or so ago. Okay(ish) game. Been a couple of years since I saw York City play.

They've learnt to finally pass the ball to each other like a proper team. First time I've seen them play in 12-14 years. Will be off to a few this season, as well as Old Trafford.

I actually quite like Newcastle and its about time they started doing well.

In that case more people would be doing it in London than Newcastle. The latest HRM Guide to Regional Unemployment (June 19 2006), shows that there are more people unemployed in London than any other region of the UK: 7.6% compared to 6.7 in the North East. Indeed there are more unemployed people in London than the whole of the North East and West combined. Time for some of you to readjust your blinkers...

Oh and the unemployment rate is higher in Liverpool than it is in Newcastle-upon-Tyne; but we all knew that!

I bet your life is a hoot.
It is actually! I've been on holiday for 4.5 weeks and have another 3 to go, have 2 cars with a combined output of 530bhp sat on the drive, and when I am at work, spend my time teaching Photography to 18 yr olds. Life is a hoot!
