Job done.

Any other method is ghey
Be as well washing it with a pot scrubber and Domestos - it will leave your paint as protected! And then to bother drying it lol

Hmmm might give your pot scrubber / Domestos combo a go. May be good for getting rid of a few stubborn stains on the paintwork. I'll reserve judgement on it gheyness until I've given it a try.

well i am in thames water area and for the first few months have been a good boy and used a short hosepipe (allowed) and buckets. but as i have posted up before, using buckets takes up far more water than a pressuqre washer.
so last weekend, I thought bollocks to this and used the pressure washer. none of my neighbours could give too hoots anyway.

I would love a thames valley rep to come up to me anyway, me thinks he would regret that decision once I had grilled him about their continued failure to meet their leakage targets, huge boss payouts and bonuses, record profits, continued reluctance to tackle the main issue of infrastructure upkeep etc etc.

tossers...if they want to pull me up on my use of a pressure washer, please fee to come and have a chat

Oh and just for good measure I went and jet washed my driveway (as you are allowed to do that )

One thing I don't get about water leaks, surely it all just soaks back into the ground and raises the water table, it doesn't just leak and disappear!

It's like when it rains, we don't all run round trying to catch it, it just soaks into the ground and the underlying water table rises.

Maybe I'm missing something obvious?

At least you guys have bans, but can still use water. Over here in Greece the council turns off the mains water supply whenever they see fit and you are left with not a drop of water for hours. Cant even go to the dunnies (toilet) cos there is no water to flush with.

Cool

Well up north at NBO Head quarters
The Green wagon is washed carefully in the finest bottles of Mineral water (I find the tescos/Asda own brand is just as good as the branded dear stuff )

Normally 10 litres does a decent job

Towels normally are purchased from M&S or Debenhams when they have a sale on .

and as usual Lady Harding does the wheels with the electric toothbrush

Pete
You have to do it like this Pete, otherwise your engine will blow up and your cocklink will disintegrate!

remove all wheels, take out engine, close windows, wash car with jet wash, clean engine in separate parts using highly expensive engine cleaner as the cheap stuff wont work, replace engine, close bonnet, clean wheels using the most expensive wheel cleaner known to man, again, cheap stuff wont work, replace wheels, polish exhaust with super highly expensive metal polish, ffs, dont use cheapo stuff!
And dont forget to turn on your cocklink when you have done and look at the pretty lights flashing!!!
Otherwise, yup, you guessed it, your engine will blow up.
And dont forget, it cant be a cheap jet wash either!
