You are obviously a in-experienced driver who just needs to take it alot easier in wet conditions.
I can understand you wanting to get the exhaust on being a young lad but before you do any more mods for more power get used to handling the car for your own safety

i know the exhaust adds power but all i was looking for was added burble untill i can take my car to the limit... with experience. all i get it the attitude "you crashed it as your in-experienced, and a chav". thats not the case, i want more power from my car, but wont use it untill im capable - propably never at this rate. i had a prang purely as a freak accident, no idea what i slipped on, but hardly and type of speed to explain... 10-15 mph in second tops???

Never said you were a chav but you are obviously a inexperienced driver wether you crashed or not yes?
If there was some kind of grease patch or whatever it was you may have avoided it altogether with experience or managed to control car better.
I wasnt having a go, just trying to help

nothing useful to say, go away before you evolve into a troll. i swera on many peoples lives i was doing 10-15 mph. i mean it. was in second gear taking a right turn and something made me skid. hit the kerb and heard a snap. was the wishbone. if i had made a high speed impsct your talking damage to the subframe, a buckled wheel etc. the wing was bent due to the rubber tyre rubbing anti clockwise on the rubber splash guard forcing it upwards due to kinetic energy, thus creasing the wing.

the cars fixed and on the road now. all seems fine and has been re-tracked. the worst problems now are the cosmetics... a bent wing, and a seriously kurbed wheel.

say what you like and add as many as you want to look clever, but that is how it was and it. even the suspension and droplinks are fine...

explaint o tme them how fast a scoob can get form reversing out a parking spot and hitting the kerb not 25 metres away...

joke if you want, im not botheres. whats happened as happened. i started the thread to find advice on sourcing parts for repairs, not looking for smart @rses like mart to rip it on me. feel bad enough as it is as the 700 odd quid spent could have gone on a decent remap etc...

andy..

Chocolate mate, sorry to hear about the accident.

Seems as though the people on here think that cause they drive an AWD car they will never have an accident!!!

Whether it was driver error / bad road conditions / oil patch etc **** happens and unfortunately did happen to you on that occassion. It can happen to the best drivers at times.

I dont think this will be the last post to appear on Scoobynet saying that someone's had an accident.

Glad your getting the car sorted mate

I havn't had time to read your thread mate but if you are still stuck for bits, I am prertty sure that Mark at Import Car Parts will have what you want over night. He is 12 miles from here at West Auckland on the A68 but his couriers are reliable. 01388 834204.
David at API may also be able to assist.
Everybody can have an accident. If you learn from it put it down to experience.
