I would check that mate if i were you.
From what you say, they dnt cover security devices, true?
If thats the case, in the event of your keys been stolen, my IC will cover the caost of the nes keys and barrels if nessacary, that was also the case with elephant, my last company as this happened with my FTO.
As the locks are a security device, the same as an alarm, i would push for them to cover the cost.
Another point, would be that the car is not in the same condition as when it was taken from you, you have now suffered a financial loss. Ask them will the car still be insured without the alarm and tracker?, highly unlikely, so refuse the car until they get it sorted. if that still doesnt work, cancel the policy wth them, as they really dont deserve your hard earned

An update on my type 20 !!!!!!!!! At long last the insurance company have written it off !!!!!! They said the damage inside was to much to fix, along with damged inter cooler. So just got the valuation to look forward to !!!!!!! Only had the car 5 months, so i am hoping with a quote from Iain Litchfield i should be ok. Will just have to wait and see.

I'd also make sure about the Terms of your Protected No Claims Bonus. Some are 2 in 2 years!! for a small sum I changed mine to a Fully Protected NCB after I wrote mine off, just in case.

Looking in the no-claims bit. But fully protected no-claims sound like a good idea. Currently looking at similar age type 25's test drving one a Litchfields on Friday morning
