Has he done any yet? Be nice to see a work in progress or a completed one. I'd be interested in both of my scoobs, the old spoilerless my99 and my new one.
If you change the appearance of your real car, could you go back and have it similaly upgraded on the model?

bluddy hell - £2K - he would be daft not to do scoobys - thats if he can get the basic model from which to make the models.

I expect that waggons and possibly classics will be a no no as I have NEVER seen anything remotely simmilar to my baby but I can see how Wonderland could provide some models that could be 'adjusted' for blobeye's and probably bug eyes aswell.....

(hope to be proved wrong!!!!!!)

Think thsi is a non starter folks as I have spoken to the guy making these and he would need to be able to get a model of some description from which to start with.

So waggon are out and as far as I know classics aswell.

I am in East Edinburgh and drive a silver classic with PIAA lamp covers - cant miss it

Hi all

Found this on ebay. Follow the link as its a model of a classic. Maybe he can make models after all?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1-43rd-SUBARU-...QQcmdZViewItem

In fact go to ebay and there are a few models of classic scoobys in different sizes.

Bakerboy (or anyone else that has a standard blobeye STI) - AutoArt make 1:18-scale models of white, black & WR Blue blobeyes - they normally retail at around £35 to £50 - try searching ebay, or have a look on http://www.minimodelcars.co.uk

Not trying to take away from what this guy can do because they are personalised models of your car, but if you want a highly detailed model of an impreza with a good interior then check out the autoart website. They make pretty much every variation of impreza in lots of scales including 1:18.

http://www.autoartmodels.com/pages/1_18/18index.htm

I'm sure he could use these as a base for making a mould aswell.

Hi guys,

Its me - the guy that makes the models.

The models I make at present are only external replicas and are 1:18 scale. At present I'll be honest and say that I dont think I'll have the time to make any other cars until next year - the main reason being I'm currently remoddelling the Nova, rebuilding my actual nova, maybe moving house at the end of the year (and need to look for a new job) and have also committed myself to making model Astras.

HOWEVER - I am interested in making scoobies eventually.

As above, I'm sure you can get 1:18 scale models of scoobies (I think minichamps models make a die cats version) so will investigate this because I can take the basic shell, modify it to match the owners car and as well as having interiors they'll also be a bit cheaper.

I am interested - I just need to prioritise my time at the moment.

many thanks for the interest - I've registerred to the site and will keep coming back - in the meantime if anyone has any technical drawings of scoobies from side, underneath, top down, front and rear, feel free to pm/email them to me.

Ade

keep up the good work and enjoy!!
