Mine finished this week/end after 8 and a half yrs... Not sure what to do with myself at the mo, not entirely happy about breaking up but youve got to look towards the future and see what your gonna do with your life.... Got an invite to a wedding (bit random) so Im off out in a mo. Try to take it off your mind and look at a long term goal

my story
4 years ago i meet the now girl of my dreams( i just cant get over her ) then one day i got a text from her but it was not for me some one else
a mistake but it turned out to be the best ever thing to happen to me when she new who i was in 3 days she left her
fiance of 4 1/2 years for me once i told her how i felt about her and how long i had felt it. I was in heaven but we had a lot of trouble from her ex from
him locking her out there house to him texting me all day and night he was a friend thats how we meet .she got some money out the house they owned
and put it in to a rented house for six month but it was over befor the six month was up. I had a big debt 18k + a car on hp i spent all the money i had going the 45+ miles each way to see her
i did not care one bit about the debt i had as long as i cud see her as offten as possible for as long as possible but all the calls from the credit card people changed me
now i have nothing at all cant get her out my head 24/7 she left me but we stayed friends she tryed to help me i even tryed to kill my self it hurt so bad but botted it at the last min now i have made her hate me so she can get on in life 2/3 month have gone by but it still hurts like hell the same as the day she left me
dont think there will be a girl in the world to replace her

Dont worry guys, we've sorted it out so we're actually friends now. talking to her has made life feel so much easier and painless. We've agreed to just back off now before rushing into selling the house and other assetts which is good. gives us both time to cool off. Shes moved out and we're going to get back in touch in a months time basically and see if we're both happy seperate etc
Had a mental weekend bender which I can feel at the minute, my body is now telling me to just sleep for a week whatever happens all I can look at is being happy which ever way I go, no point being miserable.

We still live together in the house we own. I am looking to buy her share of equity and remain here. We are still best of friends which I thought I could never do but as Dave says in the bigger picture its not worth getting angry over it as it helps no one.
