i go away for two days and all hell brakes loose, pmsl.
tbh, if they told you it was 400 at the fly, then tut tut, can't blame you for being happy about that and basing what you right on what 'experts tell you', think tbh either abby made a silly mistake (which kets face it were all only human) or they told you a load of rubish becuase you have lack of knowledge. the avarage car (based on your age etc) with decat, remap and pannel filter (o plus fuel pump) see around 330bhp.

OK got bored after page 3 so hope not making an **** of myself by double posting everyone else.
400 seems to me a wee bit much but if it is well done there mate
My STi9 has the following
Uprated fuel pump
standard injectors
Ported headers
ported exhaust outlet on the turbo (on the vf35 to try stop the boost creep)
Meercat 3 inch decat system
APS inner wing induction kit
And one of Andy F's magic remaps
I got 351.5 at the engine and 310 lbs-ft of torque all for less than 1700 quid
the turbo was blowing 1.3 bar of boost as standard and not the 1.5 claimed on the first page and now runs at 1.45 bar after Andys expert tweeking and my standard injectors were running at 84 percent on the mapping day whilst on full chat
