I would have thought if it was really true about your cars power figures you'd at least keep them the same throughout the topic. Its gone from 400 originally amd 300 at the wheels to 297.8 at the hubs now down again to 294.5.. Things really aren't lookin good for you!! Take it back before you loose anymore!

Based on what mods you have, then 350bhp for a UK STI engine would be pushing it at the flywheel. On a JDM STI a little bit more would be available.
Don't read too much in to dyno figures as in isolation they are not the be all and end all. As long as your happy and the engine is happy, thats all that counts.

Ahhhh right.
Did they run the car before the ECU change?
As it shows 2 different runs with different boost settings, unless of course they ran the HKS ECU with two different boost settings.
Based on the boost you are running (presumably on the standard turbo), I would be surprised if you would get near 350bhp at the flywheel to be honest.

frist run green thats on the hks ecu then the next run was the yelow one that had a boost con fitted first run with out hks ecu was 297 at fly wheel 227 at wheels
