Nice Scoob Andy.
P.S Where did you get the flaps? My missus broke one off the other day. She said it was a rabbit. But I bet it was a kerb
They look like the PC ones, or am I mistaken??

I've just noticed something about Meridian's/My car, Andy's and redxiii's - the rear STI badges are all different - what's that all about ?

Hey mate,

I used a stainless trumpet i found on ebay made by a company that makes stainless exhausts. Its 5" that flows to 3". I cut the fog cover and bonded it in. Then had the whole thing painted.

The ducting is the black sprung neoprene/fibreglass race spec stuff and goes direct to my airbox, so creating a ram air effect (yes she did require a remap after this was fitted)

Now the car ONLY breathes from that port. Its had a massive affect on charge temps and im really really pleased with the results

Cheers mate. I've been looking into doing something similar, but to feed cold air to an induction kit. Part of a bigger plan to get to 380-400bhp. I've seen Graham Goode's idea of cutting off the end of the intake duct from the front of the car so that it stops short of the air box, but I wanted even more cold air in.
