when is this taking place. I have ordered my pass but not recieved it yet so i was wondering when i should start fretting.

As soon as she is finished....
Had a bit of a set back. Some thieving little runt has swindled 4K out of my bank so i've put the respray and wheels on hold until after christmas...
Courier came today with loads of goodies......
Had my new mudflaps today...

Guys
Tickets and carpasses will be posted out on Monday. So hopefully will be landing on your doorstep Tuesday.
Any problems let me know.
On the day ---- Please get there as early as possibe. There will be a lot of people at this event. I have been told by the organisers that we "may" be situated inside a large marquee, weather depending (How good is that). So getting there early would help with this.
Please get there for around 08:00-08:30. And make your presence known to Terry Buckel and Stormy who will hopefully be there to greet you when you arrive.
Have a great event.

It is with regret that i'm am having to pull out of this one
needs must i'm afraid. Sorry guys.
I have a car pass and stand ticket if anyone needs or wants one, let me know.
Club stand.
I suggest a few meeting points on the way down to collect peeps on route but will leave timing up to you guys but please try to be at the event for parking around 8 - 8.30 ish.
I shall be speaking to Glen towards the end of the week can someone please meet him at Cardiff gate? i'll need to know what time.
