nothing wrong with touching somebody you know, obviously dont go overboard, how about something simple like placing you hands on her hips or arms, it should come natural rather than your hands behind your back going for a peck looking like your scared of contact with girls

if she does let you snog her at the end of the date, you could try going one stage further by asking what she wants for breakfast and at what time. If she tells you then just say goodnight and go but then get up really early the next morning and make said breakfast and then give her a knock and tell her breakfast is served.
