other than tiny or phil as i know what your already going to say, say it if you have to

this was one of the major reasons i think that scoobycity and sidc where not together at J.A.E

Tiny ...
you say my comments were inacurate i say otherwise i know what i heard.. thanks

was going to let it drop as couldnt be asked as no one has the minerals to say anything on a public forum

i think personally the club is more about being a money making machine than a get together with like minded indiviuals as there are still people at the club i get on with i will catch up with them in due corse

a prime example of how bad its got is --

tiny asking tracy to pay for a small glass of water because we had put nothing in to the sidc/e.s.c. at jae

i must have put someones nose out of joint by going to scoobycity to camp.... shame

i have a pound with your name on it hope its enough m8

other clubs asked for as little as £5 to its members and then layed on a bbq and packs and packs of beer for all to enjoy
and on a visit to say hello to said car club i had beers thrust in to my hand

i thing the hog roast was a good idea and probably warrented the price but i think non menbers and people how just wanted to park and camp should have been catered for

and the sidc membership i would be happy to pay if i was made to understand where it was all spent like how much did it cost at j.a.e. for the space that sidc used e.c.t.

oh and a back on topic as it seems to be the done thing

Mark,

This thread is for Santa Pod !!

But I will humour you for one more post, after that I would be happy to answer any further questions on the SIDC Forums.

1. Scoobycity and SIDC. Please read Scoobycity Members Area for reasons this year Scoobycity decided to go it alone FACT. I am a Scoobycity Member . You will have to trust me on this but Scoobycity Management have already agreed to have a joint stand for 2007

2.
i must have put someones nose out of joint by going to scoobycity to camp.... shame
NOT WITH ME. its a free world I have much better things to do than worry who doesn't want to be on our stand

3.
other clubs asked for as little as £5 to its members and then layed on a bbq and packs and packs of beer for all to enjoy
and on a visit to say hello to said car club i had beers thrust in to my hand
But did they lay on a proffesional Authentic South African Hog Roast? a Proffesional DJ? Show and Shine Trophies?, Breakfast Sunday Morning? for not a lot more

4.
and the sidc membership i would be happy to pay if i was made to understand where it was all spent like how much did it cost at j.a.e. for the space that sidc used e.c.t.
the club produces accounts every year which are published in the clubs proffesional Magazine. Each Event is targeted to run at breakeven. We were lucky to have sponsorship at JAE which kept the cost to members attending low

5.
i thing the hog roast was a good idea and probably warrented the price but i think non menbers and people how just wanted to park and camp should have been catered for
Take that up with JAE organisers we were looking after our members

6.
i think personally the club is more about being a money making machine
PMSL SORRY MARK YOU ARE SO OFF THE MARK WITH THIS STATEMENT.

Please feel free to channel any further questions either on the SIDC forums or to me in person

Now please back on topic

PMSL ... loving number 7.

Can't the massive SIDC surplus (per the last set of accounts) be stretched to organise it's members their own trackday ... instead of having to rely on another car club to do it for them?????

Although in saying that it couldn't be stretched to even help pay for the eagerly anticipated Summer of the Scooby DVD which Nevetas was preparing so I guess I'm dreaming more than usual to think a free track day could be on the cards.

Ohhhhh nooooooooo ... think I've stepped across the line again
