He has large sponsorship and all the best suplements, yes he trains twice a day with one day off, but that's all he does.
He trains and then sleeps up again trains and sleeps, us mortals ahave to go to work aswell we can't sleep as soon as we leave the gym !!
It's his job.

The key is to try different things, and see what works for you. When I work out, I train to failure, so my last rep, on the last set, usually doesnt happen, I fail about half way up (which can be interesting sometimes), sometimes I onyl make 3 reps as opposed to 5, so I am training my muscles as hard as possible, so the once a week workout is an intensive one, rather than slightly lighter sets twice a week.
I like muscletalk, good forum, just very little bullsh*t and banter, its to the point and gives some excellent advise, all fo which should be taken according to your own circumstances of course.
