yeah, but, it's like Marilyn Monroe and Jane Mansfield back in the day. Both look the same'ish act the same'ish. Now put 50 years between them (make Jane 30 and Marilyn 80) and add an agency that owns the name Marilyn Monroe. Can the agency sue Jane now where they couldn't before?
