Does crime pay?
#61
Wether it pays or not depends on who you are. I have a few customers who are dodgy in the least and while they sometimes spend lots of money they have other problems. Some spend cash on £100+ champagne and appear to have a good lifestyle with nice cars etc but live in ****ty houses because they struggle to launder money properly. Most have a bad cocaine habit and are constantly in fear of a bigger criminal stealing from them or the police throwing them in prison. A very small number are clever enough to establish legitimate business' and some do end up extremely rich but even if they go completely legit they maintain a few guys or minders around to stop former criminal associates trying to steal from them. Its hard to get mortgauges etc when you have never had a job and while some compaines exist on helping criminals to get a credit rating there are always problems. Who wants an M3 a rolex and diamond earings while you live in a council house ?
90% of criminals like to appear to have a great life but in reality its not all that. 10% love it though but as they say 'there is nothing as good as an honest pound'

You see this Government is trying to enforce behaviour "by numbers", believing that modern technologies can provide the answers. You know that. "Targets". The problem is Humans are not machines.
It will not work and a backlash is becomng evident.
