I am pleased to say that following my sluice poops of Monday night, I am now having normal "movements" again and all is well.
Last night, grilled chicken and boiled potatoes and mixed veg saw me right
In fact, this morning after 36 hours of nothing but the occasional Immodium enduced 'parp', I moved so much that I had to call the Mersey Coastguard to warn them of an incoming danger to local shipping

What do you expect eating ruddy insects - undercooked or not - in the first place. Fecking disgusting!

You are probably in what we medics call the "eye" state......

If you have ever been in a full blown tropical storm you will know it starts breezily and then the wind really come up and it's very wet. Then all is peace and quiet until............. it starts again Perhaps you could give this particular storm a name? Hurricane Tuna or something?

Work related thing - Honey coated and roasted locusts and various wiggling grubs and things - think "I'm a celeb get me out of here" sort of stuff , except at an official dinner/ banquet type event where not eating causes offence. Mind you, I don't see much difference, anatomically speaking anyway, between say prawns and locusts etc other than one lives in water and tastes nice...

Funnily enough, I don't think that they were the problem (just included for comic effect) - some of the worst attacks I had were after simple stuff like chicken cous cous in Libya or a chinese meal in Chad for instance...poor food storage / prep probably rather than whether the "food" is alive or dead
