I endured VB-H and that other bloke doing the intro, but before Tiff had completed his first sentence I switched over....
... I remember why I never bother with 5th Gear.
It's utter ****e (as ever). I'm glad that the BBC cancelled Top Gear, as the team went over to Channel 5. Basically 5th Gear now is what the old Top Gear would have evolved to!!
It gave the BBC a chance to rethink the Top Gear format and in the process won many more viewers.
Top Gear is dead... Long live 'new' Top Gear.

I think most car shows are crap,remember that one with that penny woman,
and that bloke from deals on wheels?was it driven?
They get a sports car and complain because they carnt get the suitcases in it,then they moan because the people carrier wont go round the track fast or around the traffic cones without falling over.
Top gear is the only one i can stand,mostly for the banter between
clarkson and hamster.
VBH is a fox and i would love to give her a full service and oil change

I watched the show, & thought it was very poor. Where as the previous series of 5th Gear contained a good mix of interesting & alternative articles with informative car reports & road tests, I learnt nothing from this new show. For a car show there was only 2 half hearted attempts at "reviewing" cars - the mini & the Evo, but what did you learn about either..... nothing.
I will whatch the next programe in the hope it improves, but if it doesnt they will loose another interested viewer....
