stop chopping down bloody trees, just because your scoob is under it, dosent mean the tree has to go ...the tree was there well before they decided to put your parking bay under it.
get the management to cut the branches back, not the whole tree if you are so worried about falling apples..

I aint High and Mighty and I dont even shop there
so the point still stands though, no point in cutting down the tree if it is well established (which it must be if it is producing dent bending apples )
just get the management to trim the branches back as part of your ground rent/fee etc.
you dont need to get a solicitor involved, just send a letter yourself, or send a letter saying you will employing a tree surgeon to trim the branches back and the costs involved will be passed to them.
now calm down

Yeah there is actually, they are suppose to wash my windows once a month but they do it like once a year, plus they suppose to clean the entrance hall but theres been a gerkin sitting there for months so they not doing their job properly
