In my office, people with "clever" ringtones tend to get their phones dumped in mugs of coffee/water or hit with precision hammers. 
I used to have Rodney Dangerfield's car horn from Caddyshack on mine (before I knew better). Now I just have it on vibrate alert most of the time, and a simple "ring ring" and "beep" for calls/SMS when it's not on silent.

SMS - the macintosh duck quack doubled up to give quack quack. I also had the Star Wars character going "err-uhh message from the dark side"
