I'm quietly confident that I know a supplier who can get HID kits just like these, with all the same features and options on colour temp for less money than this GB.
I've emailed for a price, I'll get back to you by the weekend with what they come up with.
will

No offence, but I can tell you that for this quality, it is pretty difficult to beat this price.

I'll get back to you with the price. If its higher than yours, then you definately have an awesome price as the supplier I know is the dogs nads when it comes to high quality car related products at rock bottom prices.

I know you'll want to hear this from someone here - a few people have ordered already so hopefully they can give you a hand with this question shortly!

Fitted mine today, I brought direct from the website before I saw this groupbuy.
Quality of the hardware is good, but beware of the lamp base!
The crappy spring clips on my £30,000 Legacy are held in place by the cheapest, flimsiest plastic ever!
When you try to put the lamp in place and reclip you may find that the clips don't fit around the base, meaning that you apply a little too much pressure and both my clip fixings snapped!
DO NOT FORCE THE SPRING CLIPS WHEN PUTTING THE NEW LAMP IN PLACE!!!
I've had to double bubble both my lamps in place as the spring clip fixings have both snapped, the Impreza may be different, but that's what the new Legacy's are like.
Now I need to hope that I can buy the plastic assembly behind the lamp on their own, if not I'll need two new headlamps! ****ing Jap cheapo crap!
Open the spring clips up a bit wider before trying to lock the lamp in place would be my advice, and don't force them!
My only other gripe is with the relay harness, but that might just be the way I interpreted the instructions.
Basically you can fit the kit in two ways,
1 - Fit the relay loom, this loom will then provide power and fuses that would prevent your original loom from frying should a ballast or lamp go short.
It takes longer this way, but it's worth it for peace of mind.
2 - Chuck the relay loom, plug the orignal lamp connector into the ballast, then the ballast to the new lamp. If something goes short you may have your loom melt if the original headlight fuses don't blow first.
My issue was that the relay loom does not plug straight into the lamp wiring.
The grommet has 4 wires, 2 for the lamp and 2 for the original headlamp plug to plug into, when you try and fit the relay loom it will go male to male (not male to female), so you'll have to solder and heat shrink the connections.
Because I didn't envisage needing heat shrink and I couldn't be arsed to drive to work I've wired it as option 2, directly to my original headlight loom. It works fine, but I'll finish the job properly tomorrow as it's easy enough to go from option 2 to option 1.

Fitted mine today, in a rush as usual Pretty straightforward. Works fine. Didn't get a chance to check pattern as I haven't been out in the car yet and my drive slopes upward, plus I had another car parked in front.
Very pleased so far
Only bummer was I ordered through ebay link & not straight through Paypal as per directions

I can get some pics up tomorrow, but it's hard to tell from a photo what they are really like.
I previously fitted the Autolamps HID kit to my old STi and was very happy with them, these 'cheapo' jobbies are every bit as good from my eyes.
The projector lenses on my car are very good anyway, but there's a real improvement going from Philips Vision Plus to the 4300k HID's, they reach temperature in about 3 seconds and obviously light up the road much better.
I don't think anybody will be dissapointed with them and for the money they are a bargain.
