I've got a Prodrive BB for sale if you want it? It came off my MY05 STi and believe it should fit yours!

PM me if interested, I'm looking for £120 plus postage for it.

There's a bit of a burble on tick over, motorways you don't notice it from in side, but i think it makes the car more drivable because you can hear it more on A&B roads. OE is original equipment.

Thanks to one and all....

Some sense at last, spoken with technical department at Subaru and they say it would only invalidate the warranty if it could be proved that the b/box had caused the problem you were claiming on the warranty for (does that make sense ?) They also said in reality it was unlikely that anything after the catalyst would cause any problems.

So getting the group n box fitted, will post once fitted.

group n back box fited today....sounds ok, aint going to wake the neighbours but certainly a lot better. Slight burble on tick over and ok around town, get it on the motorway and no difference.

Will it get louder with time or not ? I believe there's a resonator box on the MY06 which kills a lot of noise, this can be bypassed. Has anybody done this ?

Dunno why they call these back boxes Grp N, if you ever see a Grp N exhaust there aint no back box (straight thru exhaust).
Anyway, ALE, check out LADS - Lancashire And District Subaru owners club and find yourself a nice dealer (Prosport in Stockport )

I've changed the resonator section on mine for a straight through deresonator section from TSL (MY06 STI) along with Prodrive BB!

Nice deep burble sound back for around £120 delivered!

Give them a ring
