For the record, my RA doesn't have leccy anything but does have aircon (No e/w c/l or e/m). It doesn't even have passenger grab-handles lol!
As I said, I horlicksed the starts definately but as previously stated, this car should be lighter and more powerful than my PPP UK99 - best time 13.5. Gearing is different in that I would only just get into 4th on PTMW! but need an extra change to cross the line under acceleration with the RA.

at the final line i find i have to hit the red line in 4th gear on my 97wrx (sti box)
always pondered about changing into 5th and when i finally did it, it made me slower

I find the same as above . A quick gear change into 5th just dosen't seem natural . I'm not sure it should slow you down that much in the long run. I think its just a case of alot of practice. My first time earlier this year at the pod in my RA i managed a 14.3 pass but car was overheating and playing up a little. Also not had alot of practice in the car . Unfortunately i missed this years Japshow due to an overboost problem. I can't wait to get it on the strip when its running well . I reckon low 13's should be acheiveable.
Thanks
James

To answer the original question and as a guide i did 7 runs in my Sti Type Ra on Sat and then 3 runs on the Sun and the best i could get with a .15 reaction time was 12.6 most of the times were around 13 secs and that includes full de-cat scoobysport exhaust with 5" titanium back box tubular headers, apexi power fc and Roger Clarke lightened flywheel mapped at Zen performance and at that i thought i did well! so i am gutted if some of you are getting in the 12's with less mods (for those of you who i chatted within the fire up lane i was in the white sti ra with 6 pot porsche calipers)

The reason that I ask is that I have access to the calipers; I wondered whether the adapters were available and which rotors were used.....
