But coming from a family who love speed and competing in cars, i'm happy to stick to facts.
I don't need to see your cars performance or your driving abilities. We are talking about track days. Not competing in some kind of race series. The person who 'wins' the track day is the one who has the most fun not the one who goes fastest. That's one of the reasons heavy 4WD cars are not a good choice, just not rewarding enough.
The fact you even saw fit to mention your speed demonstrates to me you have entirely the wrong attitude to using your car on track.
If we were talking about racing I'd perhaps concede your point, but we aren't.

By all means stick to the facts but I'd suggest that by even mentioning what you perceive to be your competitiveness in a track day situtation is tantamount to boasting.

Please try and keep this on track. The guy is trying to sell his car - nothing more. If you have nothing of value to add, please don't bother posting.

We were out for about an 1hr driving it, it was sold the minute 286 started up lol

Oh and then I told him to flick 'the switch' and accelerate hard and lift off

Goes Friday, empty garage then....

Boooooo

Will be a shame to lose it from the ESC mate, it's a great car. Happy for you though that you were able to sell it fairly quickly compared to most scoobs.

Good luck with next car mate!

Why is it that thickos always claim to be dyslexic? Just admit that you're a mongo.

Very high IQ thanks very much and my degree/career proves that I'm not thick.

Please explain what a THICKOS is? Maybe you meant thickoes, but that in itself isn't strictly grammatically correct (not being in the oxford dictionary)!

more like curse it!!!!

skylines & turnstiles is a name of a song

skylines are too old , one reason why the RB5 had to go.

The focus and the RB5 are making way for a single car which will be brand new, under warranty and 3 years from setting a tyre (foot) in a MOT station

2WD turbo cars are not for me, like Nevetas, 4WD is the main factor in search of the new car and one that will be viable for an every day car. Kinda narrows the options down a bit but makes choosing easier on the other hand

If the focus ST was 4WD then the choice would be made but its not, so the search goes on. Hopefully not that many more test drives tho, Saturday was knackering!!!
