who said ex..... dont compare.... unless u can drive both on a daily basis ... on offering insight from my point of view as a owner/lover of both marques i bought the scoobie to be my daily driver as a MORE refined evo... which it is ... but i CANT remember ever having for one second these conserns with my earlier subaru purchases.... subaru 1st... just not this one... and please dont tell me that a stock sti c is as quick as a evo MR / FQ ... the subaru just a better road car package.

OK, I won't, but EVO magazine might as the standard (slower and heavier) UK STi got exactly the same lap time on the EVO test circuit as the modified FQ320.
