Then theres the question of the mobile camera.
Was it clearly visible ?
Was the operator qualified?
Was the camera calibrated ?
Was the camera pointing in to the sun ?

As to the OP's question, I am more than slightly concerned by your apparent lack of knowledge, and hope that you were posting in jest.
You should cross the speed limit signs doing no more than the posted speed.
As per a later post, the ideal is to coast down to that speed over a distance - it's a great test of skill to know exactly when to come off the gas to ensure that you will enter the next village at the posted limit without needing to touch the brakes

Speed cameras
I think speed cameras are misused so frequently by the police that it is understandable why people get so annoyed, even with legitimately placed ones, I hate them all and yes i am one of those people who occasionally likes to put my foot down that’s why i own a scooby, but im not a idiot, if i get caught or cause an accident i will have to accept the consequences but I am careful about where i do boot it. I find it hard to see why the people moaning about others speeding are even on a board that is related to a rally car, its wat they are for, going fast! YAY
