Sounds like a good plan but tbf theyre just going to visit him and if his dog looks to be in good health then they'll just leave. Sounds like your in a right pickle, Doesnt your sister have any bite marks to prove that its more than just word against word?

Yes, severe one's. It bit into her hand, and shook his head. She's off work through it.

That is all I want. I wanted someone with authority to tell this bloke that he needs to train his dog properly, or run the risk off having it put-down if it attacks again.

I have done all I can now. I've contacted the Police, convinced my sister to make a statement (which she's done) and I've contacted the RSPCA. Neither want anything to do with it.
At least I can say at least I tried. If anyone else gets bitten by this dog, then it's in no way my fault for not reporting the first occasion.

I'm going to write to the police, stating that both my sister and myself have informed the Police of an aggressive dog, and that if anybody else, let alone a young child gets bitten off this dog, then it's entirely their fault for not acting on information provided at an earlier date.

'So you would be happy for your dog to attack another dog, yet when the owner of the dog that's been attacked kicked your dog, you go over and deck the owner????????????????????????'

My dog has on the odd occasion gone over to another dog and they had a scuffle. I've apologized but some owners(especialy the weird anti-social ones) like yourselves just overreact and tell me to get it on a muzzle and then make stupid remarks about the police. Its human nature that occasionally dogs will snarl, growl and even have a minor fight. Thing is 98% of dog owners i know just get over it.

If you knew anything about dogs you'd know that some dogs are more prone to going after other dogs WHEN they are on leads. Obviously you have a gripe with this guy over a speeding issue.

As i suggested before if you want to keep your dog on a lead stay away from people with dogs off leads as evitably you will get confrontation. God its like talking to a fecking retard

Replying to the thread above you have completely overreacted!!!!!!! Pathetic really! I hope the guy with the German Shepard comes round and knocks you out coz i would making accusations about a minor incident which you have magnified a thousand times.

We used to have this old biddy who lived next door to us, she had a little ****e of a westy that used to bark all day & most evenings (she’s moved now)

Anyway, since moving out she’s taken to leaving the dog in her old house (next door to us) which is still for sale. This has really pissed me off, so I phoned the RSPCA a few weeks back and told them I was worried about the dog, being couped up for long periods of time

They were straight out and warned her not to do it again, hey presto problem solved

Failing that, report that the dog is vicious & you worry for the local kids (report to RSPCA) they will go and see him, tell him to muzzle the dog when out, then spend a few random days taking your sisters dog out where he walks his, if the dog has no muzzle, take a pic, then contact the RSPCA again with the evidence and the pigs, see what that leads too……..

Harsh - the dog physically bit someone, therefore the police shold be interested, more so regarding the current press on dangerous dogs

Imagine if this was you, and your dog attacked anyone, more so a child - how would you feel then?

This guy sounds like a complete **** (the German Shepherd owner) & should be taking note of this before it escalates

Im not trying to play Devil's Advocate here, I can see both sides of the story

Has she been for a Tetanus shot?

If not she needs to, the hospital paperwork could be useful

How ******* thick are you

If you read the previous posts, you'll read that it attacks every dog it sees. This is not an odd occasion, it's every time.
I stated that my sister had him on the lead, as she was entering a residential area, and put him on the lead. If I'd have been walking him, then he wouldn't have been on the lead. Plus, this guy telling my sister that she should have let it off the lead so they could fight. Is that really the attitude of a responsible dog owner? Obviously you do. No doubt you stand on the corner of a street with your chavy mates, letting your dogs aggressively bark and intimidate passers by, or letting them attack other dogs.
I also stated that the speeding thing has nothing to do with it. Your just picking up on that because your a Moron, and can't think of anything else to say.
I agree that some dogs become aggressive towards other dogs at certain times. It happens, but this dog has not been trained, and clearly has a attitude problem. Not all dogs are the same, and some need training more than others. As you don't know the dog or the situation, I suggest you keep your halfwit comments to yourself.

I am not over-reacting. If it had been a one off, then I would have put it down, to 2 dogs just not getting along, but this happens to every dog it comes across. If you think this is acceptable, then I suggest that you are maybe not a responsible dog owner too.

As for you hoping he comes round and knocks me out

Now who's the ******* retard ?????????????? YOU

LOL, "see that Alsatian, Stan, you wanna watch him, he's forever picking fights since he's been made redundant, it's human nature I suppose. The same happened to our Elsies poodle when he got told to stop drinking by Doctor Finnegan, always getting into trouble that little bugger, well you're bound to aren't you, after 12 years of a bottle of scotch a day and then nothing, human nature, that's what's making all them dogs aggresive":

As for next time when I take the dog out for a walk. I wear steel toe capped boots for walking him, so a good hard kick to the ribs of the dog will hurt. Plus the Staffie always has a stick so I'd happily use that too.
If I'd been walking the dog at the time, he wouldn't have been on the lead. My sister has less confidence in it obeying her than I do in it obeying me. It does what ever I say. Alfa male and all that.

She went to the Police Yesterday to make a statement.

What happened? Nothing. They said that if it happenes again, she should come back down and make another statement. They will then go and have a word. Brilliant !!!!! So this guy can continue to let his dog attack other dogs, and their owners (if they happen to be in the way) and the Police may do something next time.
If it rips some little girls face off, I'll make damn sure the parents know that a statement had already been made to the police about the dog.

All this "we can't do anything without your sisters statement" crap meant nothing. Now they have her statement, they still won't do anything.

My statement at the start was correct. Police. Useless bunch of F**ks

I'll be phoning the RSPCA now. See what they say

So the outcome will be that the Alsation cross will have a bruised rib when it tears you a new arsehole

Oh, and a true Alpha male wouldn't have felt the need to slag off the police on here

She should have let the staffie off the lead, but its easy to say that with hindsight. To be honest, I doubt it would have happend with you. The Staffie would be aware that your sister was crapping herself and probably reacted in an inflamatory way to the other dog as a result, making the situation worse.

We have your account of the story and personally i think you've exagerrated it bigtime due to the guy claiming you speed. So guess you should take note and slow down before you kill someone. I hardly think an owner would let its dog attack EVERY dog it came across. At least he apologized for his dog but telling thick people like yourselves that keeping a dog on a lead during walks will add to the aggravation. Socialize it ffs Might even get some exercise whilst your at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

'Plus, this guy telling my sister that she should have let it off the lead so they could fight. Is that really the attitude of a responsible dog owner?'

LOL the story changes everytime. Why the hell would he apologize then tell her to let them fight!

I am a responsible dog owner old chappy but I don't dwell on silly incidents like this and blow them way out of proportion. Nexttime you'll be telling me my dog bites kids becasue he barks lol.

Your making yourself out to be even thicker than we all thought.

I've said twice now that the speeding thing has nothing to do with it. How thick are you if you can't understand that

He apologized for one reason. That being, it bit my sister. If it hadn't, he would have probably like you, put it down to "Human nature".

It does attack (try to) every dog it comes into contact with. Fact !!

I've stated a couple times before also, that I don't have him on the lead when I walk him. I've also stated she had just put him on the lead after he'd been running around the fields, because she was entering a residential area.

Try reading the previous posts before spouting sh1te. If you can't read properly, or can't understand what your reading, ask an adult to explain it to you. It'll make a lot more sense then.

LOL your story has more holes init than a fecking colinder.

My advice would be get yourself a big flag and stick it on your head so people can see you have the dog on a lead and don't want any dog to approach yours. Then they'll know to avoid you like the plague.

Our local park I have to avoid at least two plonkers like yourself a day who see any form of interaction as a threat to their dog. LOL one guy even started screaming saying my dog had attacked his. I asked where the blood was and he soon retracted his statement. Maybe hes colour blind and sees saliva red. You should be called Rodney coz your a plonka posting this sort of attention seeking tripe on here.

New Update :

Just learned tonight, that a couple months ago, this dog had bitten someone else. My mother was speaking to one of her neighbours today, and mentioned that my sister was bitten on Friday. He said that the same dog had bitten him.

Stupidly, he didn't make a report to the Police, so instead of them having 2 reports regarding this dog, they only have the one.

I'm going to go round and see him, and ask him to make a complaint to the Police. Now this dog has bitten 2 people, it surely cannot be put down to "That what Dogs do" like what `Evo6-Im-a-Fcukwit` put's it down to.

I'll be taking her dog out for walks for the next couple of weeks. If I come across him and his ******* flee bitten mutt, then the outcome will be a whole lot different. [/QUOTE]

I wonder if you would get away with biting the dog and its owner .
Put it down to Human nature .!!!!!
You did not like the fact that it had bitten your sister and it had been aggressive to you .
The owner in my opinion is fully responsible for its dogs action if it is off its lead ,and I would bite the owners feckin face off if it had done this to me or a dog of mine .
Hope the owner and its mutt get what they deserve .

This is a classic case of chinese whispers. One plonka posts his side of the story and alot of you Scoobynet Monkeys take the bait. LOL at the 'NEWS UPDATE'. Maybe its a geek thing . Personally I'd like to hear the other's guys side coz i bet its a lot different to stilover's(alias the plonka)elaborate story.

LOL according to you this guy is apologizing for his dogs actions, then telling your sister to let them fight it out, then its attacking every other dog and person off the estate. Make your mind up ffs! hmmmmmmm...... when in reality the guy accused you of speeding and you just want to get him back.

'Must admit, my sister is terrified of her dog meeting other dogs. She didn't help her dog one bit yesterday by pulling on the lead so much, that she handicapped him from defending/fighting back.'

So u admit your sister doesn't like to socialize her dog then. And now you wish her dog to fight back aswell. lol make your mind up please

Stilover

Go back and complain - they should do something if it is a dangerous dog....

We dealt with one a whlie ago and got him prosecuted and his dog destroyed. Funny thing was, we went back and told the victim what had happened and she said "oh - I didn't want the dog putting down.....!!"

Too late now...

You just can't win..

LOL maybe I've looked at the bigger picture and your the one posting all this is dumb crap about a bloke who reported you for speeding! Seems like all your dumb scoobynet chums can't see this and as usual taking YOUR account of the incident WHICH has changed considerably. They'd rip you apart in a court of law Rodney!
Seems you have an agenda with this guy anyway and have most likely blown this incident out of all proportion. GO and sort it out yourself rather than hiding behind a keyboard Rodders
