15k for H1 HGV A haulier may offer a grand for it, but 15k ????
Sweet lord... H1GH V would be illegal, would look rubbish, and would go over most peoples heads (if the aim of the plate was to be "High 5" that is...It might work however, if the driver was incredibly tall and called Victor or Valerie ...
If someone is prepared to pay 15k for that SS take the money and run, run like the wind bullseye!!

Searching number plates on flea bay by Most Expensive is quite interesting. ***** is up near the top*.
But am I missing something - why on earth would this be worth more than a ton or so?
eBay.co.uk: Car Number Plate WHR 80 (item 130038756613 end time 29-Oct-06 17:34:28 GMT)
* or should that read "are near the top"

15 grand for that, somebody must need a reality check !
We were getting offers of 4 grand for 'MU 31', I was hoping for nearer ten so we didnt bother selling, the kids want my wife to put it on her people carrier (which is red) but she isnt keen, its on retention at the moment.
If you can indeed get 15 thousand quid for it take the money and run like **** as it isnt worth holding out for more as it just isnt worth anything like that, no plate that needs creative spacing is.
