When it was first reported by the Police, before the CCTV was released, they said he was suspicious because he was wearing a big coat on a warm day (and had a tan!).
It was only a couple of days later this was proven to be a cover up.

I'm currently listening to the audio book - Myths, Lies, and Downright Stupidity: Get Out the Shovel--Why Everything You Know is Wrong by John Stossel.
You quickly realise that all this liberalism stuff is, of course, an American import. The 'human rights' style lawyers over there are even worse than here (they call them equal rights lawyers). Some of the examples of litigation he cites will make your hair stand on end!

When you've learned to read words, rather than listening to them, you'll find that conclusion was pretty obvious about 5-10 years ago.

Good letter to The Times today.
Suggested the money received by the criminals should be held whilst victims of their crimes take out civil suits for damages in respect of the robberies/assaults they suffered.

Indeed, rather than constantly trying to plug up a damn full of leaks, it's time to build a new one!
