Drop it, he could sue the company involved, when you went through his stuff, confront him, but you cant get rid of him imo, when going through his stuff is wrong.

An employment tribunal would have a field day with this, seeing as your also now discussing this with the outside world, and have placed on record the events that have let to the pictures being found.

Bit odd you choose to air a potential gross misconduct case before you have all the material facts!!!
allready the guy has been branded a paedo, without full knowledge of the facts!
any case you had against him, would be null and void, if anything he has ample grounds to start procedings for deformation of character.

im serious I cant get my head around it. Workin in a laddish construction enviroment I have seen vids on phones with woman and horses or dogs and I cant understand why anyone would do it. They dont seem to be getting threatned or blackmailed, must be good money or they are just real dirty slags.
