I don't and never said I do. If you read my post I told you my friend does and he is a professional body builder and has won many UK Titles.

John Hodgson. Oh and BTW, bodybuilders usually mix the eggs with protein builder to mask the taste somewhat.

John Hodgson has a very nice physique, the current british champion Kev Taylor trains at our gym and does not really bother with eggs.
He prefers to keep it simple and sticks to chicken and fish proteins.

Default This is the routine used now.

09.00 - 100g Oats, 10g sultanas, 1 banana, 2 scoops Pro Peptide
12.00 - 180g cooked Turkey or Chicken with 100g Brown rice (uncooked weight), Broccoli, cauliflower & 1 apple.
15.00 - Same meal as 12.00.
17.00 - 1 x serving Pro G.F.
17.30 - Train.
18.30 - 3 scoops Pro Recover & 5g Creatine
20.00 - Good quality meal providing approx 80-100g Carbs and 50g Protein. This meal will vary on what I fancy but still clean foods.
23.00 - 100g Oats & 2 scoops Pro Peptide

Off season. But the original poster is small and this is not suitable for him to start with. So long as his stomach can take it, RAW eggs with protein suppliment and his current meals will do.

Yes, I agree that this is a good diet. The problem with eggs is the really really bad smell.

Also, NO steriods

You end up being a water bucket.

And have you noticed that your Jaw and fingers get longer. Very noticable.

Don't you think that there would be more cases given that most the population eat runny eggs? . Now please stop telling people false facts. Oh and BTW, eggs in the UK are put through a special process to kill the salmonella before even reaching the shops and then stamped with the Lion. If you go back 10 years, this was not the case. And I also know people who eat 16 RAW eggs per day and have never had a problem with either salmonella or stomach upsets. Now chicken is another story. So what protien is better than eggs? Please let me know as I'll tell all the bodybuilders to change their diet.

Look this is Eggwina Currie all over again! Point taken now get off your high horse.
