Well done to all those who have quit! I quit for 3 months about a year ago, but, like someone has already said, I didn't really want to give up. Think it was more what everyone else wanted!
I only smoke a roll up every other day and I go to the gym for 2 hours, 3 times a week. Just find it relaxing after a b$stard of a day!

Try taking that roll up away that you treat yourself to every 2nd day.
You'll probably find it almost as hard to give up as if you were chucking a twenty a day habit. Nicotine addictions differ or should I say nicotine addicts differ greatly and it sounds like you rely quite a bit on your roll-up for a wee psychological crutch/treat.
You are still kidding yourself mate and you'd be best just to chuck it once and for all and move on

Do you drink?
Yup.....nothing too heavy. Few beers during the week and 5 or 6 pints on a Friday or Saturday night.
Much easier here after the smoking ban was enforced. Especially watching the smellies standing outside in the pishing rain & gales

I was on a course with a guy who had been cheewing the gum for 3 years since 'giving up', all day, chomp chomp chomp !
My father in law always moans about his for he is 70 and smokes those little Cafe Creme things and has done for years, I bet he cannot taste a thing, he ladles salt over everything, butter by the clod and then moans, be he cant remember what fresh air smells like, he is in a constant Tobacco cloud.
Have to say though, I quite like a hint of Pipe Tobacco or Cigar smoke, just a hint, always reminds me of my grandad, wheras cigs smell disgusting,

The only way is cold turkey with the right frame of mind. Found that Allen Carr's book helped get you in that frame of mind
