That's quite simple to answer, although I'm not a stealer. They acquire cars for less and sell on for more, for a greater profit margin.

Why is it all anti dealer ? When you go to a dealer it is your choice if you accept or reject their offer. If you are unhappy with their offer its simple...drive away. They have to make a living.

Yes they have to make a living. Fine by me.
Service yes, reconditioning work is allowed for when giving you a price, warranty they have to buy if not already covered, but some dealers take the ****.
