Think of the number mud-huts that would have built! And, yes, I gave a substantial amount to charity before I allowed myself to buy.
But I bought the car I wanted and have spent nowt more trying to make it into the car I should have bought in the first place - now, THAT is a waste of money!

Buying a 215hp awd Impreza, and then driving it everywhere at 20mph..... now that is a waste of money. You say that you get 38mpg?? You could be getting 70mpg! Muppet.

Get a financial deal on everything you can and try and reduce the carbon emissions into the atmosphere from industrial and business users, thats how I justify my Impreza.
If you really want to make a difference to the starving masses, the only way is to go and help them, charitable donations are syphoned off to very little by the time they arrive at their in intended beneficiary.

Considering the man said that poor people are 'lazy' and its their own fault, I can't really see him giving 50p to charity!
