Just heard another good one, A child was abused 19 years ago by her uncle, she built up the courage to go to the police and face the family with it, she gave a statement etc and when the police questioned the uncle he denied it, police said ok then case closed. Whats all that about?????
Makes you sick with the system

And here is where common sense should kick in.

For certin crimes you do not release the scum

It is no like a repeat shoplifter nicking jumpers from M&S

In this case the POS raped a young child at knifepoint.

How can any decent society ever let this sort of person out on its streets.

How does that protect the rights of the rest of us.

Certain crimes deserve to have tough penalites.
Soon it will be safer to lock up all the decent people and let the criminals out at least we will all be behind bars so they cannot get to us!

Blairs wife is a human rights lawyer is she not - nuff said as to why things do not change then

You're right Paul.

The estate I used to live on, was rife with paedophiles, drug dealers and junkies. It was an estate with family houses on and loads of children.

The council say these people have to be homed somewhere blah blah, but it is NOT right that if they are let out, that they should be living in an area teeming with children!

I never used to let mine play out because of it, doesn't that violate their right to have some freedom and play without fear of being kidnapped, abused, raped, killed or approached with drigs?

It makes me sick.

Where i currently live you get 4 years for posession of drugs - oh and no drugs in jail, you come out clean!
25 years for dealing
possible death sentence for rape and murder or if lucky life in jail - chances are life meaning life

There is no 0% drug related crime
Very few if any rapes, i have been here 6 months and non reported in the press.

Perhaps the UK should take a look at taking the best ideas of how other countries deal with things where human rights laywers have not strrangled the system.

UK look and learn, harsh but effective!

What a ******* joke

Makes your blood boil. How can people defend these people?

Common sense has gone out of the window. 8 years for raping a 13 year old girl is a joke in the first place.
If this bloke gets a single penny, I hope he gets mugged and stabbed to death.
That money should go to the girl he raped.

Cut his ******* nuts off.

if its typical middle east law then to an extent, cutting hands of thieves would cerainly stop them doing it again, o and ban a convicted thief from recieving disability benafits as well, sure they can find work as a human sheild

And on the same site,

"Britain can celebrate its multicultural society while reasserting the "duty" to integrate, Tony Blair has said. "

BBC NEWS | Politics | 'Duty to integrate,' says Blair

Duty to integrate my **** !

So I wonder if Tony is 'celebrating' the fact that this Somalian Detritus raped a young girl?

Fcukwits, the lot of them. The revolution has to be coming soon don't you think ?

tbh polititions are more worried about saving face than making real change so no chance of anything hapening.

the whole attitude needs to be looked at, if the leagl system was fair and not prejudice, and people didn't use the possibilty of prejudice to get off things then problem solved.

i remember a case of a mosque (sp) had cars parked out side it, parked ilegally but never got tickets cos every time tickets were issued they got off because of racism etc, yet cristians never get away with it like that.

theres a difference between enforcing law and racism and police.judges etc are so afraid of getting into trouble and having what is perseived as public opinion against them the side with the loudest voice, and in this case its the ones screaming racism

As usual Blair patronises us all with a speech on integration. What a load of cr*p it really is. The ones in power preach all this then put up the barriers in the first place making it worse. Out of touch is what they are.

Fact about him being an immigrant is not important. Point is the guy is a serial rapist so should either be jailed for a decent length of time and/or chucked out.
Judges have to apply the law or else it will be overturned when the scum appeal. So the problem(apart from the sickos) is the legislation that this Government has written.
The day that you commit a crime like this, all your so called Human Rights should become null & void

Agree with the sentiment - but be careful - New Labia's list of "Crimes" is growing - I particulary like the crime of uttering "Rubbish" in the presence of the hallowed one !

Saw on the news yesterday that a repeat rapist who raped again whilst out on parole was sentenced to life in prison for an indefinate period but was eligable for release after serving 7 years!

So exactly how is life or Indefinate period classed as 7 years???????

Well it's simple really.

You'll need to ask Bliar for the full explanation - but it's something like this.

We've bribed all the public sector employees to vote for us next - who else ?

I Know - release all the prisoners and let them sue us for thousands - then they'll vote for us next time.

I love my country and I just find it all so very sad.
If it was just me - then perhaps I would say to myself, perhaps I am being pesemistic. But everybody I meet seems to be in down about our society, the legal system etc etc etc. All these people cant be wrong.

The strange thing is. Is that Britain is a wealthy country - just look at the strength of the pound, high employment, people with lots of equity in houses blah blah blah. But for a country so well off - never have the people been so misserable and generaly down about their standard of living.

50K ....I´m lost for words. The world has gone mad.

New Labour - nothing more to be said.

They have destroyed this country in just 10 years, yet people (read dumb c*nts) still support them.

Did you hear that c*nt Blair again today??

A**ehole hasn't got a clue
