Yes you are complaining and I am saying that you shouldn't. If you want to blame someone blame those who ran the British Empire those who run/have run this country, and the people who live here themselves, this is a democracy remember.
You have failed to respond adequately to my analysis of why things are what they are, somewhere earlier in this thread.
