The competition isn't "The Sports person with the best personality" it's the best personality (i.e. a famous, notable, or prominent person or celebrity), that happens to be a sports person. You just have to look at the past winners to figure that out.
I'll bet most of the people on this thread didn't watch it, didn't bother to find out what the contenders actually achieved and didn't even vote.
If you didn't vote, you've got no cause for complaint.
