I think the first thing you should do is be honest with your current girlfriend, talk about it and tell her the truth, she might not want to be with you when you tell her how you've been unfaithful and I think she deserves that decision, you're not being fair on her!! My opinion is if you can cheat on someone that your supppose to love then you don't truly love them!! When you've been in a long term relationship its easy to be taken away with some else showing you interest (been there with the bf) but the decent ones wouldn't act on it and would see the bigger picture, its doesn't sound like you really know girl B but you just like the feeling of someone else fancying you!? Take sometime away from both girls and think about what you really want..

I also think that you should be honest with your present partner and tell her the truth. That way you will find out how deep her feelings are for you and that should help with your decision.

It is worth remembering that the old saying about further fields is very true and you could well screw your life by jumping ship. Relations never run smoothly all the time but that does not mean that it is a bad one. You should also ask yourself whether you are being too selfish and whether you feel you can live with that.
