I am getting a gut!!!
Was always slim and since finding Stella...usually drink atleast 4/6 cans a night have gained a large chunk of weight.
Did try the cutting down during the week and lost a load as I hardly eat anything (which probably does me no good either) but missed my vice.
If I didnt have my car, stella and drugs I would be lost (only joking I dont really need the car)
I do seriously need to do something after xmas as my family has a history of heart problems and I cant be helping the cause by drinking all the time.

All you need to do to get rid of it and get a six pack....
Cycle on hilly terrain 10 miles every week day (work from home so it's just a loop out and back).
Weights at home 2 or three times a week.
Surf at least twice a week.
...and you end up with no gut - Simple!
