it depends on the age / size of the lorry when it will need a speed limiter but iirc by 1/1/08 ALL 7.5toners will have to have a speed limiter.
im lucky i run 7 coaches and were limited to 62mph so just enough to pass the lorrys, whats anoying is when two arttics are trying to pass on a flat bit of motorway and there leapfroging hogging both lanes and were stuck behind the **** in the middle lane who wont back down 1/2mph for us to get passed and free up the congestion hes caused for 6 miles behind. rant off.
oh and my 29 seater is 7.5ton and can still do 70mph and use the outside lane untill next year hehe.....
