Hey girls - Quick question.
What sort of physique do you think is ideal?
I think blokes that look after themselves think the best think to do is get built like a brick **** house, but looking at the people posted and blokes that seem to impress, it seems more to be those with a bit of muscle and tone but generally pretty "slim" (Brad Pitt, Beckham, etc) all though of course these blokes do have the advantage of being sickeningly good looking and massively loaded!
Not many seem to go for the seriously built celebrities (Vin Diesel excepted).
When I went a bit OTT on the weights, I think I got more looks from green eyed blokes than women! So I toned down a fair bit and can now move more easily!

you are built very much like my ex husband though I must say I do have a thing for muscular thighs (not body builder muscular; footballer muscular)
the more muscular/body builder type is just a novelty to look at and touch.

Miss Scooby - Dumb question, but who is that bloke?!
See the average keen gym goer would say that guy was very skinny (I wouldn't though). But I think they're probably suffering from Body Dismorphia (or something like that)!!

Cool - Keeping toned is easier than staying bulky (and it's a lot easier to surf when you're not in a semi "hulk" state)...

Gym "rule" - As soon as you put on any muscle, shave/wax all body hair...
Seems a bit daft.

To be honest I don't really care that much about looks/ physique (there was a thread on this recently) good personality, sense of humour and intelligence are musts for me, if they are fit then that's a bonus. Having said that I wouldn't want to be in bed with someone very overweight
A vain bloke is a huge turn off for me personally, BTDT.
Paul Walker has those lovely defined bits either side just below the belly button that kind of lead down......

I do see a lot of women with low slung jeans and cropped tops, but usually about three stone of excess flesh inbetween, not nice.

Wife has a super flat tummy (she exercises a lot like me) and those lines albeit subtle ones.
Keeps me happy

this skinny *** makes me laugh. your going on as if you reached 15 stone at 5"8 or something. 12 stone aint nothing in the body bulding world boyo. You are skinny, and that paul walker dude is just "normal" as such, not skinny, not fat, and not muscled up.
