Aww It can be like that on here sometimes, the problem is, if you rise to it they will do it all the more because they know they can get to you. Whatever I have said is all in jest, I would never insult you personally
Do you work out then to get the abs? TelBoy and Lightning 101 are pretty clued up on the right foods to eat and exercise

Kernow - Seriously age is an issue.
I was just over 9 stone at your age (I'm assuming you're about 17) although super fit.
I decided to go "on a mission" and started doing weights.
Unfortunately they were the wrong type of weights and I had almost two years of naff all results.
Then I found the right routine (lift to "failure" on big weight, low reps) and piled on the weight (3 stone in 18 months) and while I never intended on getting big, it made a huge difference.
Abs show when you have low bodyfat - Nothing to do with how "built" you are.
Now either worship that muppet AudiLover, or listen to proper advise from someone that has passed the Royal Marines POC, done SLSC Ironmans, been in the top 5 UK kickboxing and taught it, competed surfing at a high level, etc not some wannabee thug drain scrubber.

Matteeboy, you could be like his big brother and help him on his way, you're not that far from him
And if he does everything right he gets a spin in your scoob (in the passenger seat, of course)

***crying*** I don't have a Scoob, I have a Poxhall Ashtray (albeit bought new not long ago)...
Might get a Scoob soon thought - Missing the oomph of my old R32.
KoT - Big Dave sounds mildly terrifying. What does he drive just so I don't accidentally cut him up?!
Surf is clean (at sheltered spots) but almost unsurfable due to gale force winds.
