If I were allowed another ten then it would be in there along with Jaws and the Italian Job. There are just too many "favourite" films

I think that's the first and last thing anyone will learn from me regarding the English language!

Really want to see Casino Royale again, enjoyed it! Cards scene drew on slightly... but still a great film!

I'm more amazed that I'm the first to say Withnail & I

1- Star Wars/The Empire Strikes Back - Never thought Return of the Jedi was all that good meself

2- The Life of Brian - Python's finest hour (and a half)

3- Withnail & I - The coolest opening scene of any film I personally have ever seen

4- Way Out West - Easily the best of Stan & Ollie's many outings

5- The Jungle Book - Artistically and musically, Disney's finest hour

6- Jaws - For stopping me going in the sea for so long Well I was only twelve when I first saw it

7- Alien - IMO The finest horror film ever made, and the best of the series, gives me the ******* to this day

8- The Long Good Friday - The best British gangster movie by a long way, shows Guy Ritchie and the rest how it's done

9- The Thomas Crown Affair - Pierce Brosnan's remake, Rene Russo

10- The Italian Job -The best film ever made, Full Stop

Yes I know there's no Godfather, no Sergio Leone, etc, but these are my personal perennials, and ten is just too short a list

The Assassin - American with Bridget Fonda
La Femme Nikita - The shockingly bad (American?) tv series. Though the blonde was fit

The Assassin was a very bad remake of Nikita, albeit the same director as Leon.
